HT Program Development
My service focuses on developing horticultural therapy programs that support recovery, independence, and overall well-being. With a professional background in the rehabilitation field, I design plant-based therapeutic activities that align with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial goals. Each program is person-cantered, tailored to the specific needs of individuals and rehabilitation settings.
1:1 Horticultural Therapy Session
The 1:1 horticultural therapy program is a personalized service that meets clients where they are, using hands-on plant activities to support healing and growth. Sessions are gently tailored to individual needs and goals, allowing time for connection, reflection, and progress at a comfortable pace. This approach creates a nurturing environment where therapeutic outcomes develop naturally through meaningful engagement with plants and nature.
Healing Garden Consultation
Healing garden consultation is a collaborative service that helps bring thoughtful, therapeutic outdoor spaces to life. As a horticultural therapist, I work closely with clients to design gardens that feel welcoming, accessible, and supportive of healing and well-being. Each consultation balances professional expertise with a warm, practical approach to create spaces that truly serve the people who use them.

Each workshop is thoughtfully tailored to the group’s needs, whether the focus is stress reduction, team connection, or restorative learning. With a warm, professional approach, these sessions create a refreshing and hands-on way to nurture both people and workplace culture.
